Processing Post: Shot 2 & Contact Sheet

The second shooting in London took place in 18/11/2023. I have been to a couple of places to under my photo shooting. I have created a contact sheet for the shooting but it contains 31 pages, and I will put the contact sheet into a Google Drive folder, so that it would save a lot space for the post.

There were a total number of 923 photos taken during the shooting. I have used the rule of third, low angle and high angle.

I would like to talk about some photos that I have taken and their settings. The first photo is ZFC_6876.jpg.

I have used leading line in this photo. The setting was 1/80s f/4 ISO-200. The reasons why I use setting is that in order to capture with highest Dynamic Range, and therefore ISO-200 was used. Then I have to absorb more light, I have to full open the aperture to f/4, allowing more light to come through the lens. As a result, I have to turn down my shutter speed, as it was a bit dark on the surroundings (lights were blocked by the buildings).

The second image that I would like to talk about is ZFC_7109.jpg. It was taken on an observation deck in the 22 Bishopsgate, aka the Twentytwo . The composition technique used was high angle.

The settings that I have used were 1/60s f/7.1 ISO-200. The only reason I use ISO-200 was to maintain Dynamic Range as usual. However, the Tower Bridge was too far away from the TwentyTwo, and I used f/7.1 to have a clear image in the centre. And to balance the light I have no choice but to use a low shutter speed of 1/60s to cover the loss of light.
